Witbreuksweg

This neighborhood consists of flats with four levels. The flats comprise pyramids en mastabas where the lowest level is split into two living areas of seven people each. These living areas therefore are called 'right' or 'left.' On the second level there are, in some flats, two living areas of seven people, and in the others one living area of 13 to 15 students. On the next level, one can find single rooms. Finally, there are two apartments on the top floor. The lower building of the WBW consists of a long flat where one must go through the house room to get around the house. The WBW is made up of three clusters: the red the green and the blue cluster, and are situated in the forest. Every room has a toilet, shower and balcony or terrace. This neighborhood was built in 1970/1972. Six hundred people live in the WBW. The blue cluster was renovated in 1999, when the large living area was split into two areas of seven people. The green cluster was renovated in 2000, where the second level was also spilt into two living areas.
