Offering a sublet room
Since you are offering we have some small tips to help you subletting your room.
Sometimes it is not allowed to sublet your room. This is your own responsibility, this Kamersite from the Student Union and Visa & Housing Office are only mediating.
Tips
Unfortunately, the English version of the example of the sublet contract is not finished yet.
- Always pay the rent yourself. You need to get te money from the person who stays in your room.
- Make good appiontments concering the things you own and remove valuable stuff.
- Ask for a reasonable bail (between € 100,- and € 150,-), which you return if you receive everything in good order.
