Do you need to reserve a meeting room, the Kleine Zaal or the Theatres (Agora, Amphi or Audiozaal)?

The theatres in the Vrijhof Culture Department are primarily available for the Cultural Associations. If you are a member of one of the associations, you can reserve a room by contacting the management of your association (or the contact person). They will reserve the room for you! Of course, it must be for the sole use of your cultural association.

If you’re not a member of one of our associations, you need to go to the room reservation office, ‘Reserveringsbureau UT’. For information about reserving the three large theatres, the meeting rooms or the ‘Kleine Zaal’ you can contact them by phone, 053-489 1010.
