Computer rental

The Student Union has made an agreement with ICT Infotheek Leiden that enables your association to rent computers at a discount.

The possibilities

You may rent computers and other ICT equipment. You will find an up to date overview here.

How much does it cost?

Because of our agreement you will receive a 5% discount on the prices shown. The Student Union will then subsidise your invoice for 50% of the value. This means that if you placed an order of €100, the final cost would be as follows:

Regular price € 100,-
Agreement discount € 5,-
Invoice sum € 95,-
SU subsidy (after purchase) € 42,50
Your expenses € 42,50

How does it work?

Would you like to place an order and receive a subsidy from the SU? The process below will show you how it works.

  1. Look at the collection on the website of ICT Infotheek Leiden
  2. Submit your order and state the fact that you are entitled to a 5% discount because of the SU agreement with the ICT Infotheek Leiden
  3. ICT Infotheek Leiden will verify that you are a Union participant to be entitled to the discount.
  4. Apply for a subsidy at the SU office based on the order you have placed. Please state the purpose of the equipment.
  5. The SU will indicate if there is still funding within the subsidy budget.
  6. ICT Infotheek Leiden will deliver the goods at a 5% discount.
  7. ICT Infotheek Leiden will send you an invoice.
  8. Pay the full invoice to ICT Infotheek Leiden
  9. Submit the subsidy application form with the ICT infotheek’s invoice attached.
  10. The Student Union subsidises 50% of the value of the order based on the received invoice (as long as there are no valid reasons for refusal)
