After the two-week exam period, Wallstreet is open at the normal opening hours again: from Monday till Friday from 09.00 till 17.30 hrs. Consider studying at Wallstreet on the Walstraat 47 in Enschede!

The theme of the Kick-In 2012 was presented yesterday in a very special way. Programs like So You Think You Can Dance came along and were a great success. The theme changed from Looking for Bart into Looking Forward: the theme of the Kick-In 2012. That it might be again a good one this year!

Almost all association board have difficulties with finding new board members. Also the student Union has an intense recruitment period behind. But now we have good news. Per March 1st Leendert and Douwe will take it over from Hanneke and Lianne as portfolio holders Communication and Academic Development.

For in your calendar: the Student Union constitution drink is on March 22nd at 16.00 hrs. in the Atrium (Bastille building).

Attention! Holiday is coming, which means that the UnionShop is closed from February 27th till March 4th.

We are going to do it differently in February! Instead of the monthly drinks, we are planning to cook together with the rector at Kook & Co in Enschede on February 21st at 17.30 hrs. A friendly chat with the rector or with your fellow students, while cutting unions, and having a drink. The places are limited, so if you don’t want to miss this luxury cooking workshop, please register by sending an email to office@union.utwente.nl.

Then invade the Bastille, bring your suit, jacket, dress or whatever to the UnionShop and let them clean for a student price. For example, cleaning a 2-piece suit costs you €16.60 as a student.
