Meeting rooms
There are five meeting rooms available on the Bastille’s second floor.

Terms of use
The most important terms of use are:
- There is no charge for using the meeting rooms.
- Reservations for the rooms can be made no more than 2 months in advance with the Bastille’s caretaker.
- Room keys can be obtained from the caretaker after making a reservation. The keys are also to be returned to the caretaker.
- The rooms are to be used for meetings.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the rooms.
- A room’s user is responsible for any damage to the room’s inventory and/or equipment.
- The room’s inventory should be returned to its original location after use. (This is also stated on the door)
- Student organisations and students have priority when making reservations.
