How do use of the kitchen and the cleaning utensils work?
All inhabitants share responsibility over the kitchen. The caretakers will switch on the dishwasher every so often but after using the kitchen’s crockery you are expected to put it in dishwasher. The coffee machine may be used by everyone (as stated elsewhere on this website). In the cleaning closet on the second floor (next to the lift) there is a cleaning trolley that may also be used by all inhabitants. The rubbish containers can also be found here.

How many keys to a room will I receive?
This will be determined in your rental contract

Unfortunately this is not possible anymore
What are and aren’t you allowed to hang on the walls of your room?
You can decide what to hang up in your room yourself as long as you don’t stick things to the glass walls. In public room you are only allowed to hang things up on notice boards.
How will payment take place and how does the contract (and its term) work?

Can I keep a common key somewhere? (Just like the system with the doorman)
The caretaker can agree to keep a key at the caretaker’s desk.
