Accessibility outside opening hours

Outside normal opening hours the Bastille is only accessible to those who posses a chip-card with access authorisation.

Open to whom?

The Student Union only grants access authorization to those that have a legitimate reason to be in the building outside of opening hours.

The person granted access authorisation has to be clearly connected to the organisation requesting the access authorisation.

Only a competent board member or employee of an organisation housed in the Bastille can request access authorisation for a person.

The person for whom access authorisation has been requested should thoroughly read the rules of behaviour and safety regulations (see the document below).

Authorisation can be requested in the following way:

  • Filling in the pdf form below (online by clicking the grey fields)
  • A chip card number is requested. Should you not be in the possession of a chip card you can purchase one from the canteens or the UT’s Student Restaurant.
  • Print the form and have it signed (by an authorized board member or employee of the renting organisation!)
  • The form can be submitted at the Student Union’s office (room 332).
  • If the request is honoured access usually will be granted within a week. Should this not be the case we will contact you.
